Participation is open to verified roasters, importers, green coffee buyers, coffee enthusiasts, and distributors worldwide. All participants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts.
You must create an account, provide accurate contact and business information, and agree to these Terms of Service. Accounts may be suspended or removed for providing false information or for any misconduct.
By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the coffee lot if you are the winning bidder. All bids are final and legally binding. SEAOrigins reserves the right to cancel or modify listings, or suspend bidding due to technical or procedural issues.
Winning bidders will receive an invoice within 48 hours of auction close. Payment is due within 7 days via bank transfer, GCash, or other approved methods. All prices are in USD (reference rate: PHP 57 = 1 USD).
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Mt. Apo coffees are available for pick-up in Davao City or for local shipping. For international orders, a phytosanitary permit may be required and will be arranged by the organizers, but all associated costs are the buyer's responsibility. Myanmar and Thailand coffees will be shipped as coordinated post-auction via email.
